Cake Flavours:  Our cakes are made up of 3-4 layers, about 6-8"high with layer of your choice of cake & frosting/filling.

Simply Vanilla - Vanilla sponge cake made with Mexican or Madagascar pure vanilla bean extract.

Almond Vanilla - Vanilla sponge cake base with an unmistakeable hint of sweet almond using pure almond extract.

Chocolate Fudge - Deliciously moist and decadent Chocolate Cake with delectable notes of nutty cocoa.

Red Velvet - Excellently balanced and deliciously tangy buttermilk Red Velvet Cake.

Lemon - Vanilla sponge cake with just the right hint of Lemon citrus.

Carrot Cake - Moist and not-do-dense Spice cake with real shredded Carrots.

Coconut - An unexpected fan favourite, made with real shredded Coconut.

 

Buttercream, Frostings & Fillings flavours:

American BC or Swiss Meringue BC: Vanilla bean , Sweet almond, Lemon, Salted Caramel and Strawberry

Vanilla Cream Cheese Filling- Made with real cream cheese, heavy cream and a hint of vanilla, no artificial flavours.

Dark Chocolate Ganache - Dark chocolate & heavy cream gently stirred to make smooth, rich, velvety cake cover.

Whipped Chocolate Ganache - Dark chocolate ganache whipped with a buttercream base.
